Booking & Payment Policy
Registration & Confirmation:
Once online registration is completed, guests will receive a confirmation email. A valid email address is required at the time of booking, as most trip-related communication is sent electronically. For certain overnight trips, select trip materials may also be sent by postal mail.
Office-Assisted Registration:
Guests who prefer to have the Spectrum Tours office complete their registration must provide a completed sign-up form, a working email address and cell phone number, and a deposit payment. Banking information will be securely entered for future automatic payments.
Payment Information:
Payments are automatically withdrawn using the payment method provided at registration. Guests will receive an email notification 3–4 days prior to each scheduled withdrawal. Guests who prefer to pay by check must ensure payment is received at least 45 days prior to the final payment due date in order to stop automatic withdrawal.
There are no processing fees for payments made by checking account. A 2.99% processing fee applies to all credit card payments.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy
RESERVATIONS:
Trip reservations can be made online or by calling our office. To process your reservation, we require your name, address, phone number, pick-up location, and a deposit. Reservations are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
TRIP DETAILS:
Day Trips: All details are sent to the booking email address. No further mailings will occur.
Extended Trips: Trip details will be emailed and mailed 10–14 days prior to departure.
PICK-UP LOCATIONS:
Spectrum Tours offers multiple convenient pick-up and drop-off options. Please refer to individual trip details for available locations, as some stops require a minimum number of travelers.
Please arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals or no-shows are non-refundable.

MINIMUM GROUP SIZE:
All tours require a minimum number of guests in order to operate. Spectrum Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour if the minimum group size is not met. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
TRIP PROTECTION:
We highly recommend purchasing a travel protection plan to safeguard your investment. Details are available on our website.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:
A full refund is issued if a trip is cancelled by Spectrum Tours.
If you cancel, the following policies apply:
Day Trips:
• 90–60 days: $25 cancellation fee
• 59–31 days: Deposit is nonrefundable + any supplier fees
• 30–1 day: Trip is nonrefundable
Extended Trips:
• 90–60 days: $75 cancellation fee + any supplier fees
• 59–45 days: Deposit is nonrefundable + any supplier fees
• 44–1 day: Trip is nonrefundable.
Trips with Airfare: Guests must be able to independently navigate the airport: including check-in, security, boarding, gate changes, and flight delays or cancellations, without assistance.

DISCLAIMER:
All tour inclusions are subject to availability. Spectrum Tours may revise the itinerary or make substitutions of equal value. Policies may change if cancellation/postponement is due to acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, or transportation issues beyond our control.
SPECIAL REQUESTS:
Requests (bed size, adjoining rooms, dietary needs, etc.) must be made at the time of reservation, and no later than 90 days before departure. These cannot be guaranteed.
ELIGIBILITY & MOBILITY:
Travelers should be in good physical and mental health. If assistance is required, an able companion must accompany the traveler. Spectrum Tours reserves the right to decline or remove anyone whose health or behavior negatively affects the group.
Children must be age-appropriate for the trip; those under 18 must travel with an adult.
